Rogers Kirven, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kirven is a founder and serves as CEO of the company. With over 25 years of experience in negotiating, structuring, and effectuating business growth, Rogers Kirven, Jr. is a bottom-line business developer and strategist.
He and his teams have sponsored over 50 private equity investments, successfully navigating a variety of transactions such as acquisitions, growth capital investments, startups, turnarounds, and exits. His expertise includes public offerings and management buy-outs, and he has played a pivotal role in reviewing, valuing, and structuring the finances of companies in both the US and Europe, culminating in over $4 billion in completed transactions.
With a robust background in sectors including healthcare, addiction recovery, education, counseling, insurance, media, custom manufacturing, distribution, and convention services, Rogers brings a wealth of knowledge to his endeavors. He graduated with a BA from Clemson University and completed the Executive Program for Smaller Companies at Stanford University.

Phillip Greene, MD
President
Dr. Phillip Greene is a physician and healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in innovation, company formation and growth, and the successful execution of exit strategies through complex purchase transactions. He serves as President of Blue Halo Biomedical leading business operations.
With more than two decades of experience at the intersection of healthcare and regulatory processes, Dr. Greene excels at operating in complex and evolving markets. His career includes the founding and commercialization of two companies, including a technology-based drug and health screening firm and clinical practice group. For both, he worked with multi-disciplinary teams, external advisors, investors, and strategic partners, overseeing all aspects of strategy, service and technology development, clinical requirements, and commercialization. An inventor and patent holder, Dr. Greene led the development of innovative technologies supporting enterprise differentiation.
Dr. Greene earned a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina, received his Medical Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed a medical internship in Family Practice at Eastern Virginia School of Medicine.
Dr. Byron Hodge, Jr., MD
Vice President of Clinical Affairs
Dr. Byron Hodge, Jr., founder and co-developer, is a board-certified urologic surgeon and urologic oncologist with over 30 years of experience in advanced surgery and clinical research. He has been instrumental in implementing and ensuring best practices in his research studies and driving continuous improvement in his practice environments. Known as a surgeon's surgeon, he combines technical expertise with compassionate patient care.
He has served as Principal Investigator for numerous urologic research studies, published multiple scholarly articles, and held several university appointments.
Dr. Hodge received his MD and completed training at Duke University, finishing as Chief Resident in Urologic Surgery. He completed a Fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute and holds an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Gaines Hammond, Jr., MD, FACS
Vice President of Research and Development
Dr. Gaines Hammond, Jr., founder and inventor, is a Board-Certified Urologic Surgeon, serial inventor, and founder of multiple successful healthcare companies. He has led three companies to IPO and is recognized for designing and developing the first US non-bathtub Shockwave Lithotripter with regulatory approval. Dr. Hammond brings extensive leadership experience in healthcare startups and surgical services transformation projects for large organizations. He has lectured internationally on medical innovation and holds CITI certification for Clinical Investigation in Humans.
Dr. Hammond received training at Indiana University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He earned his MD from the Medical University of South Carolina and his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University.
